Built for the loved ones supporting someone in addiction.

Who it's for

For the person beside the person.

The mom Googling at 2am. The dad who doesn't know how to protect his children from what's happening in his own home. The spouse being slowly destroyed by it. The adult child still carrying wounds from a childhood nobody helped them through. The friend at 5am who has nowhere else to go.

You aren't the person with the addiction. You're the person who loves them. Haven is for you.

What Haven offers

Four ways to find your footing.

Talk to Haven

A compassionate AI companion available any time — including 1am, when you don't know what to say and you don't have anyone to call. Grounded in CRAFT principles, never preachy.

The Roadmap

A guided walk through what you're actually dealing with — addiction as a disease, what enabling really means, how to talk about treatment, how to live your own life while loving someone in addiction.

The Community

Anonymous reflections from people carrying what you're carrying. Plus small private pods of five to six people in your exact situation — real connection without the noise.

Personal Healing

A private place to write through what you're holding, one entry at a time. Yours alone. Haven will quietly notice the months and gently surface what you wrote a long time ago when it helps.

A note from Haven's founder

Haven exists because the people loving someone in addiction have nowhere built for them. Existing resources are made for the person with the addiction. Most family-side resources are decades old, happen at scheduled meeting times, or live on websites that haven't been updated in years.

The people doing some of the hardest emotional work this disease asks of anyone — the parents, the partners, the adult children, the friends — deserve a place built for them. Calm. Private. Grounded in what actually helps.

“Built by a founder with sixteen years of sobriety — someone who has watched, from both sides, what addiction leaves behind in the people left holding everything together.”

What Haven is not

No ads. Ever.

Haven runs on subscriptions, not your attention.

Not a therapist.

Haven is peer support, not professional treatment. It will always encourage you toward real help when needed.

Private by design.

Your conversations, your journal, your story — yours. Never sold. Never used for advertising.

Be there when Haven launches.

One quiet email when it's ready. Nothing else.
